Fully machined forged spool

Application: Steel wire drawing process, manufactured by high carbon forged steel welded with special process. FS reels are fully machined by CNC process. To be used at high speed.

Standard: Fully machined, protected by oil.

Surface finish: As per customer’s specification.

Customized: Weight, logo and numbering (engraved, painted or machined).

Optionals: Heat treatment, any milling machine CNC work (holes or screw thread), dynamically balancing.

Standard flange (mm): No international standard, reels are manufactured according to customer’s specification.
