RA is the standard reel lifting equipment that works automatically without any worker’s operation, it must be placed into the central hole of the reel to release the automatic lifting system. CA is the standard steel coil lifting device, that can also lift aluminium and copper coils.
Cable reel handling equipment
We have a complete line of reel and coil lifters: coil lifting device model CA is the standard vertical coil lifting equipment supplied by coil lifter manufacturers. It has a lock/unlock system that works automatically without any worker’s operation. This coil handling device that can carry up to 4 Ton and can be supplied with adaptable sectors to lift coils of different inside diameters.
The reel lifting equipment model RA it is a wire reel lifter designed with a particular shape of the jaws that have a better grip to the hub. It can load reels up to 4 Ton.
The range or products includes different models of cable reel and coil lifters including cable drum lifters and cable wire spool lifting devices.
We manufacture also two models of reel and coil tilters. The tilting unit for reels it is used also as coil tilter machine and can be mechanical or hydraulic. It can be place in the ground or on the floor or, and in both cases it works by transmitting the movement from the motor to the tilting table by a chain. It can carries up to 5 Tons.
This tilting device for reels is usually used to lift 800mm reels with 1 Ton capacity, but our technical team design manual device for different customized for different sizes.
