SW-Single Wall
The reel model SW-Single Wall can be used for two main purposes: for process and for shipment.
Model for process is usually used for steel wire (drawing) or for copper and aluminium wire (buncher).
Thickness of the material is from 5mm to 8mm.
It can be supplied with reinforcements in the barrel to increase the resistance of the reel during the process.
Dynamically balanced is also available.
Model for transport (one way) has thickness of material from 2 mm to 4mm, which makes the reel lightweight.
The reel is used to ship the material from customer’s plant to the final user of the winded wire, and it is used one time only.
SW-Single Wall is available in different sizes, as per DIN standard or per customized dimensions according to customer’s need.
It can be fully or outside flanges epoxy painted or powder painted in many different colors, and can also be customized by engraving or painting (tare, progressive number, customer’s logo, etc).
